Every build and renovation is unique in size and scope, so we’re unable to provide a standard timeline for completion. However, at the start of your project, we’ll provide a clear schedule outlining what to expect every step of the way.
How long does it take to build or renovate a home?

How much will a new home cost?
Each project is led by a dedicated project manager focused on your specific needs. From handling change orders to maintaining strict quality control, we’re by your side every step of the way to guide you through the entire process.
Will I be assigned a Project Manager?

What makes you different?
Aurora Custom Homes does not offer financing. We have preferred lenders that we would refer you to for financing.

Do you offer financing?
We primarily serve Stark, Summit, Medina, Wayne, and Portage county. We also serve surrounding areas and if you have any questions about a certain area, please contact us via phone or email.

What areas do you build in?
Yes, we can build a fully custom home based on your preferences. We also have a variety of house plans and you can view them all on our Portfolio page.

Do you offer fully custom homes?
Yes, Aurora Custom Homes offers a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. We also offer an Extended Service Agreement for an additional fee that would commence after the expiration of the one-year warranty.
